This fourth generation estate in the foothills of the Corbieres massif was founded a century ago by the Piquemal family. Sustainably-farmed to allow the natural expression of the terroir, winemaker Marie-Pierre Piquemal was selected by Le Guide Hachette as Winemaker of the year for 2018. Grapes are harvested by hand. Native yeasts are used and almost no oak is used to let the freshness of the wine shine through. The wine is velvety and lush.
