Food Pairing: It matches, in particular, with risotto, white fish, crudo and sushi, or salads. In the local tradition: good with stewed peas, cuttlefish, or fresh ricotta. With seasonal vegetables: broccoli fiilaro, white and green asparagus, or peas.
