This tequila 100% from agave, is born from the alambique, which is the result from the distillation, does not have any rest and reminds us of the characteristic agave aroma, from where is comes. The mild aroma hints at green bell peppers; the flavor also has a distinct vegetal note, mixing bell and jalapeo peppers along with agave. Finishes long, with white pepper and ginger sparks.
