Color: Cloudy with natural ginger sediment. Should be inverted before opening to allow the sediment to go back into solution. Aroma: Instant smell of fresh, natural ginger. Flavor: A distinct, fresh ginger taste predominates. It is refreshing and clean tasting and is slightly less sweet than our regular ginger beer. As the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth leaving a warmth at the back of the throat. Texture: Soft and silky as a result of the champagne carbonation and natural ingredients.
