Caledonia Barr Hill Gin

A unique, honey-forward gin from Vermont made with just juniper and raw honey. Bright aromas of pine, citrus blossom, and wildflower honey lead into a smooth palate with notes of juniper, candied lemon, soft spice, and a subtle floral sweetness. Richer and softer than a classic London Dry, it’s especially great in a Bee’s Knees or Gin & Tonic.

Barr Hill was founded in 2011 by beekeeper Todd Hardie and distiller Ryan Christiansen in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The distillery built its identity around raw local honey and pollinator preservation, quickly earning international recognition for its distinctive “Old Tom”-influenced gin style.
